8. Bank Covering Letter / Account maintaining certificate

10. Tax returns last two years
11. CNIC Copy
12. MRC (if travel with wife)
13. FRC
14. Doctor Degree (Valid PMDC if doctor)
15. Present and Previous All Original Passports
16. Passport 1st and 2nd page copy and UK visa copy
Visa fees: 23367 PKR
Documents scan charges 5,600 PKR
Company sponsor below Documents required:

2. Bank statement with account maintaining letter
3. NTN Copy
4. Chamber of commerce certificate copy
Personal Appearance Is Must
When you completely fulfill all above required documentation, then you have to take an appointment
